The Vega is a semi-automatic monoblock, constructed in a variety of models, especially designed for medium to low outputs, for washing-sterilising-filling and capping 3 to 6 PET or PVC gallon bottles.
The gallon bottles are inserted manually on special plastic supports, evenly spaced on a steel chain that follows a specific path mapped out so as to reduce the space required by the machine to a minimum.
As they follow this path, the gallon bottles run above various sets of fixed spraying nozzles (mobile nozzles are optional) that wash them both inside and out.
Filling is performed by electrically and pneumatically controlled filling valves.
The capper is a pressure capper. |
