ROTOVISOR is a type of rotary inspecting system characterised by pincers which hold full bottles by their neck. The bottles that are led into the machine from the infeed conveyors, are spaced by an infeed screw according to the machine pitch and placed inside the pockets of the inlet starwheel. This latter drives the bottles towards bottle holder grippers which are supported by a carrousel that by rotating makes these grippers’ lever arms slide on a fixed helical guide.

VISORLINE is an orbital inspecting system which is characterised by its placing bottles into special baskets and locking them axially by means of a centering cup.
The baskets are connected according to the machine pitch, to a rotating chain which leads the bottles downwards. In this phase bottles pass by a light source which allows the operator to check them.
