The Sterochlor group, composed by two different sections, one electrical and the other hydraulic, prepares a mixture of water and chlorine dioxide which, in short contact time, destroys the micro-organisms present in the containers, such as bacteria, viruses and spores.
Combining Sterochlor to the new Sterilising System Evolution HF , we optimise the decontamination process depending on the container, the product to be filled etc.
This is a concept originally developed for the dairy industry its by-products, and today it can be used also for fruit juices, baby food and in general for all those alimentary products which require a high hygiene of the containers. |
