Riorder VT is a rotary unscrambler which processes loose plastic bottles in bulk, positioning them vertically, neck upwards.
The bottles are placed on vertically mobile cradles located along the perimeter of the machine and separated from the other bottles inside the conical hopper by special dividers which are also mobile.
An optical vision system detects the direction of the bottles when they are horizontal and activates the rotation of the cradles in the required direction so that the containers drop, base downwards, into the rotating separators provided.
From these separators, the bottles are then conveyed to the bottling line by a star wheel extraction system.
Available in versions with 1,2, 3 or 4 selection/unscrambling stations, depending on the speed and type of container. |
