The Linerins is a linear rinser-blower-sterilizer for processing both glass and plastic bottles.
The machine is equipped with grippers, with neck or axial handling, evenly spaced on a stainless steel gripper-holding chain and features anti-friction components.
The spraying nozzles are also evenly spaced on a special manifold installed on a drive wheel and they are vertically aligned with the bottles.
A special feature of this machine is its prolonged dripping time, even at high outputs (over 60.000 BPH). |

DRIVE UNIT
The rotation speed of the machine is controlled by a variable-frequency motor drive (INVERTER) which operates directly the main drive unit. Motion to the stars is transmitted by gears made of steal and highly resistant plastic made materials thus allowing to reduce at its maximum both wear and noise and to guarantee the max. precision of motion transmission to the various conveying parts. |
