ELECTROPNEUMATIC VOLUMETRIC CAN FILLING MACHINE

The can enters the filler and is placed under the filling valve, whose movable end section is pneumatically lowered onto the can, eliminating the cylinder typical of bottle fillers. Using a differential pressure chamber, the cans are centered and pressed onto the valve very gently. Immediately after rinsing, the filling process begins.

• The filling process: consists of the following steps, controlled by electropneumatic actuators and magnetic flow meters.
• Rinsing: the can is rinsed with CO2 to reduce the oxygen content (if required).
• Pressurization: to achieve the same pressure inside the can and in the tank (isobaric filling), the can is pressurized with CO2.
• Depressurization: residual pressure within the empty space of the can is collected in a dedicated chamber

The electropneumatic isobaric system with magnetic flowmeters enables:

• Control each filling stage directly from the operator panel the machine.
• Store the exact filling recipe for each product.
• Carry out the decompression step at the end of the filling process, according to the specific needs of the product.
• Ensure accuracy of filled liquid volume and repeatability.

Main features:

• Frame, structure and bottle carousel made of AISI 304 stainless steel, optional ultra-clean version with inclined frame.
• Electromagnetic flowmeters for controlling the volume to be filled up, through simple settings on the control panel.
• Extremely hygienic filling valves with electropneumatic control for the various stages of the filling process. The valves are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, the seals are certified “food safe” and can be sterilized.
• Dummy jars, to be installed on the filling valves, creating a closed circuit for recirculation of the washing solution from the CIP station. Insertion and removal of dummy jars is manual (automatic version optional).
• No jar-no “filling” system.
• Centralized manual lubrication for the entire machine; automatic lubrication available as an option.
• Possibility of supplying a monoblock with crimping machine.
• No vertical movement of jars to prevent liquid spillage.
• No plastic rollers to move the filling valve and no springs to contact the product.

Electropneumatic level filler for carbonated or natural products, in glass or plastic containers.Innovative design, it has been designed to ensure maximum flexibility in the management and control of functional parameters from the operator panel.

• Filling valve with spout and diverter, to guarantee an even flow of product into the bottle; simple, reliable and easy to sanitize. Valve complete with decompression button (snift) and centralized circuit.

Evolution is a rotary rinser-blower-sterilizer characterized by grippers with symmetrical, irreversible opening, which grip the bottles by the neck and rotate them on their own axis, both in the fixed and mobile nozzle version, so as to reduce and optimize the overall dimensions of the machine.

The mobile nozzle allows spraying to begin when the bottle is horizontal, thereby increasing treatment time. Treatment times can be easily varied by adjusting the valve closing cams.

Advantages of the Evolution blower:

1. Irreversibility of the movement. Bottles of any size and weight can be handled extremely safely.
2. Rotary movement of the grippers on the bottle axis. On both the fixed and mobile nozzle versions, the grippers rotate around the bottle axis, so that the bottle always remains on the same axis even in the working position, thereby allowing the machine pitch to be used to maximum advantage.
3. Longer treatment times. The new position of the rotating forks makes it possible to reduce the rotation angle of the container, thereby increasing the working angle without having to increase the size of the machine.
4. Variable treatment times Partial treatment times can be changed very easily by adjusting the closing cam of the spraying valves, varying the angle of their position.
5. Both fixed and mobile nozzle versions with an extremely small pitch are available.
6. Minimum effort and power absorption. Since the bottle gripping force is provided by the mechanical irreversibility of the gripper, the closing spring (which is also the only one used) does not require much effort, so it does not absorb any power, thereby guaranteeing energy savings.

Every detail has been designed to ensure a high degree of hygiene, which makes this machine particularly suitable for applications in “aseptic environments”. Also available in an electronic version, with spraying times that can be adjusted from the control panel, as required.

FILL JET SP - BEVANDE ALCOLICHE

Machine available in monobloc (filler and capper) and tribloc (rinser-filler-capper) versions, ideal for the level filling of alcoholic beverages in glass bottles.

Pneumatic jacks raise the bottles until they press against the filling valves, opening them and allowing the liquid to flow into the bottles through an opening with a wide diameter, thereby ensuring a high flow rate and low flow velocity.

Thanks to the high efficiency of the filling valves, an extremely low level of product can be maintained in the tank, guaranteeing excellent precision of the level in the bottle.

• Slight vacuum in the tank to prevent loss of drops from the nozzles at the end of filling

FILL JET SP – STILL WATER

Tribloc mechanical rinser-filler-capper for the level filling of still water in plastic (NECK HANDLING version) or glass bottles.
The bottles arrive at the rinser and, via the intermediate star wheel, at the pneumatic lifting jacks, which raise the bottles towards the centring cups. The use of a pneumatic jack makes it possible to operate even at very high speeds without external lubrication being required.

The thrust of the jack presses the bottle against the upper membrane, opening the filling valve so that the fluid can flow into the bottles through a large diameter, ensuring a high flow rate but low flow velocity. To improve the flow of the product inside the bottles, a diverter is applied to the spout, which directs filling along the walls of the bottle without the risk of turbulence.

The filling cycle ends when the liquid reaches the lower section of the spout, and obstructs the air return. The level in the bottle is determined by the length of the spout. The air is evacuated from the bottle through a section completely separate from the main tank, so as to avoid contact with the product and the risk of contaminating it.

VOLUMETRIC VERSION

Tribloc rinser-filler-capper ideal for filling still water into large plastic or glass containers (up to 12 litres), for outputs of up to 10,000 BPH. The filling system is volumetric, by means of magnetic or mass flow meters, which guarantee filling precision and repeatability; each flow meter is coupled with a two-position pneumatic diaphragm valve, which guarantees gradual closure of the product flow and extreme reliability.
