Promec S.r.l. has launched a digital transformation project aimed at modernizing and optimizing its production, management, and commercial processes. The project involves the introduction of various applications, such as a cloud-based ERP system integrated with SOLIDWORKS PDM Viewer software, a WMS system for advanced warehouse management, an MES for production control, an advanced CRM, and a quality module based on artificial intelligence.
Thanks to these tools, the company aims to completely and comprehensively digitize its value chain, improving traceability, reducing errors, eliminating paper, and optimizing resources. The project also includes customer experience solutions, such as chatbots and multilingual translation, to facilitate access to foreign markets and strengthen international competitiveness.
This project represents a strategic step towards a more efficient and sustainable organization for Promec S.r.l.
The project is being carried out thanks to European funds from the Emilia-Romagna Region and involves a total investment of €109,533.90, with a requested public contribution of €43,813.56.
