Compac 200

COMPAC is a semi-automatic monobloc for washing, filling and capping new or recycled PET or PC bottles from 3 to 6 gallons and from 5 to 10 litres, with manual loading and automatic unloading, and an output of 200 bottles/hour.

A version with an output of 300 bottles/ hour (COMPAC 300) is also available.

WASHING CYCLE

• N°1 pre-washing station with liquid recirculated from the rinsing tank
• N°1 dripping station
• N°5 washing stations with detergent at 55-60°C
• N°1 dripping station
• N°2 rinsing stations
• N°1 final rinsing station with mains water (possibly with ozone added)
• N°1 dripping station

MAIN FEATURES

• An internal handling system for the 5-gallon bottles, complete with plastic chain to guarantee greater hygiene in the washing processes as well as savings in energy.
• Weight filling by means of load cells, which guarantees extreme precision (product saving), high repeatability and reliability.
• Mobile spraying nozzles (on request) that penetrate inside the bottles in the washing section.
• Bottle feeding with intermittent motion to ensure that the nozzles are always in line with the bottles, and to increase washing efficiency.
• System for brushing the external surface of the bottles in the pre-washing section (on request)
• Rapid change-over.
• Screw or push-on capper
• Automatic loading of the 5-gallon bottles (on request)
